All forms and relevant medical test results that have been done with in the last 6 months MUST be in the office at least two business days before your initial exam.

We understand that life happens and there may be times you will need to cancel your appointment.

Beyond Chiropractic has a 48 hour cancellation policy.
In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office the previous business day at least 48 hours in advance.

When cancelling appointments for the following Monday, please call on Friday before 12:00pm.

All cancelations less than 48 hours will be charged their session fee.
